A large-scale residential development under construction for Westin Homes, off Millicent Road and Prosperous Road: 190 homes, a two-storey childcare facility, and a link street connecting the R403 to Millicent Road with pedestrian and cycle routes through the site. Connecting to the public water supply would conventionally have meant upgrading 400 m of live water main through Clane. An alternative was designed instead, drawing supply from two separate points, which met the development's demand without touching the live main and saved the client a substantial sum. Project managers and principal engineers, with the full suite of PSDP and Assigned Certifier services.
