An 89-house development taken from design through to planning permission and now under construction. The scheme includes the first roundabout in Baltinglass, designed here and approved by Transport Infrastructure Ireland, and a services crossing installed by directional drilling beneath the River Slaney. Consent meant working through Inland Fisheries Ireland, Irish Water and the local authority before anything could be built.
