Privacy Policy

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if given), and your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry. It is never used for marketing and never sold or shared with third parties. Submissions are emailed directly to our office mailbox ([email protected]) and are not stored in a separate database.

Invoice payments are processed by Stripe on their own secure hosted checkout page. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never pass through or touch our server. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the invoice reference you provided.

Where enabled, this site uses Umami, a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool. It does not set cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not store your IP address. It only gives us aggregate figures, such as how many people visited a page, with nothing that identifies you personally.

Fonts, styles, and scripts are all served from our own server. Nothing is fetched from Google Fonts or a CDN. The one exception is the map on the contact page, which is embedded from Google Maps: it loads only when you visit that page, and Google may set cookies when it does. Google’s own privacy policy applies to the map.
