A greenfield site in Clane developed by Westin Homes: a 312-dwelling scheme and creche in a mix of semi-detached and terraced houses, duplexes over apartments, and apartment blocks. Project managers and principal engineers across the development, providing the full suite of PSDP and Assigned Certifier services alongside the civil infrastructure design and Irish Water connections. The development also connects through a new link road designed by DBFL, whose interface with the estate roads either side we coordinated. Over 260 homes have been delivered to date.
