Completion of a ghost estate at Hemingway Park. Services in the area had to be upgraded before the estate could be finished, including a new water main laid along the public road under a then-new Irish Water Self Lay in Public Road pilot scheme. The estate was then coordinated through to completion, snagging and handover as a social housing scheme for Kildare County Council.
