A greenfield site in Clane developed for Westin Homes, permitted as 90 units with two apartment blocks and a creche, and built out as 75 houses after the apartment blocks were replaced with own-door homes. Project managers and principal engineers providing the full suite of PSDP services. The planning permission was due to expire within a year of the start on site, so the build ran alongside a series of planning applications: an extension of time to 2022, changes to the finishes throughout, and the change to the apartment blocks.
