Lead consultant for a greenfield scheme of 46 houses at Kildangan, taken through planning: 10 four-bed, 32 three-bed and 4 two-bed homes, with a new vehicular entrance off the R417. Surface water is handled by a nature-based SuDS system built around a large bioretention area rather than a piped network. The road works include a 3 m shared surface for pedestrians and cyclists, set out so Kildare County Council can widen it in future, and a new bus stop. The water connection ran through an Irish Water asset still held in a dissolved company vehicle, which took untangling before it could be agreed.
