Redevelopment of Finlay Motor Group's dealership in Newbridge: demolition of the existing 485 m² showroom and workshop and reconstruction of the showroom with a new mezzanine, along with associated site works. We designed the building, took it through planning, and were lead consultant for the construction stage through to certification.
