A new maintenance hangar for CityJet at Dublin Airport, taken from planning and design through to completion under full project management. The site put the approvals ahead of the engineering: the design had to satisfy the Dublin Airport Authority, Fingal County Council and the fire authorities before it could proceed. Quantity surveying and mechanical and electrical design were brought in as specialist sub-consultants.
